Ano Ang Pagkakaiba ng Affiliate Marketing sa Network Marketing?

Ang Pinagkaiba Ng Network Marketing At Affiliate Marketing

Madaming talagang nalilito at nagkakamali ng pananaw sa pinagkaiba ng Network Marketing at Affiliate Marketing. 

Karamihan ay nag-aakala na ito ay magkapareho. Aaminin ko, kahit ako noong una ay nalito sa pinagkaiba ng dalawa. Pero ang dalawang ito ay tiyak na magkaiba.

Para sa kalinawan tatalakayin natin sa Post na ito kung ano ang Major Difference ng dalawa.

Magsimula tayo sa Network Marketing o tinatawag ding Multi Level Marketing

Una, ang Networking o MLM ay maaring gawin Offline except na lang kung ang Product/Services nito ay para lamang sa Online Market.

Sa Networking o Multi Level Marketing ay maaring kumita ng commission sa within certain levels ng organization na nabuild, Depende ito sa Compensation Plan ng company. Pero kadalasan ito ay hanggang 6th, 10th or 20th levels.

Ang Network Marketing ay matagal ng ginagawa at marami na ang nakapagpatunay na sistema na ito ay nakakapag produce ng mga six, seven, or eight digit income earners.

Sa Networking Marketing kadalasan ay may product or services itong discounted or may fair market value na maaring ibenta. At dito kadalasan nanggagaling ang tinatawag na Passive/Residual Income. Dahil sa maliit ngunit malalim na levels na commission mula sa chain of dealers/ marketers/ subscribers/ consumers.
Para naman sa Affiliate marketing

Ang Affiliate Marketing, dahil Information/Service ang sa kanila ay maari lang gawin Online.

Sa Affiliate Marketing ang commission galing sa first level o Upfront Commission. Hindi ito divided into levels katulad ng sa Multi Level Marketing kaya kadalasan malaki ito pero hindi ito nagkaroon ng tinatawag na Multiplex Income.

Sa Affiliate Marketing naman ay kahit bago pa lang ay marami na rin kumita ng malaki ngunit nalilimitahan lamang ito dahil first level lang nga ang income dito or pweding till sa 2nd level lang or 3rd level, dependi na sa commission system ng Affiliate marketing company. Pero depende pa rin kung ang Affiliate ay merong services na offered para continues kumita ang referror.

Sa Affiliate, ay wala kang ibebentang pang pisikal produkto kundi irerefer mo lang ang Information Product kung saan maaring makabili. It's simply "Telling People Where To Buy".

Ito ang mga iilan sa malaking pinagkaiba ng Network Marketing / Multi Level Marketing at Affiliate Marketing.

Sa panahon natin ngayon may mga Networking Companies na rin na nagsisimulang magbigay ng FREE Membership na may same commission ng tulad sa Affiliate Marketing.

At may mga Affiliate Marketing Companies na rin na nagbibig ay ng Leverage Commission.

Kung gusto mong kumita ng Growing Source of Income I will always suggest Network Marketing.

Kung gusto mo naman ng Malaking Upfront Commission I will suggest Affiliate Marketing.

Both are good source of income stream. Pareho rin naman itong maaring isabay ng isang Networker as long as hindi magconflict sa Product ng Company mo. Hindi naman kasi ito tulad ng pamamangka sa dalawang ilog. At kung ang pagrefer ng Affiliate Products ay makakatulong sa existing business mo. Kadalasan pa nga dito pa manggagaling ang "Panggalaw" para sa Network Marketing Business mo.

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing involves three parties – the merchant or store, the affiliate and a customer. Affiliate marketing is where the affiliate sends the customer to the merchant and is awarded an agreed percentage of the sale (commission) when the customer makes a purchase.

This can happen infinite amount of times and there are a number of different ways you can set up the process. One common way is to create a website and offer value in the form of reviews or content the visitor may be interested in.

There is no team building and you can do this from anywhere in the world.

Multi-Level Marketing [MLM]

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) is also called network marketing because it involves getting other people to build a team in order to promote a product. The more levels you build (downlines) helps you sell more products and you’re awarded higher bonuses as your team grows.

In this set up, there is usually someone at the top (where it’s much more rewarding) and if you haven’t personally signed anyone up, then you’re at the bottom where the rewards would be very little.

In affiliate marketing, you’re in control of every aspect of your business and your income does not depend on how many people you recruit but rather the volume of your sales.
